What We’ve Built: A Direct API Integration

The first outcome of our collaboration is a new API integration. A technical bridge that allows users to push structured results from Flinn directly into Polarion.

Let’s say your team completes a clinical literature review using Flinn - screening studies, extracting outcomes, generating summaries. Now, instead of exporting to Excel or manually transferring data, you can send it straight into Polarion.

This means:

• Less duplication and manual formatting

• Fewer documentation gaps and no media break

• A direct pipeline from AI-supported insights to your lifecycle records

This feature was in high demand, and now it’s here: built on modern infrastructure and ready to evolve based on customer needs.

At the 2025 RAPS Euro Convergence in Brussels, Sarah Panten (Managing Partner, avasis) and Immanuel Bader (Commercial Director, Flinn) aligned on a shared goal:

To reduce manual effort in clinical evaluations and post-market surveillance through seamless AI integration.

The full rollout is planned for the second half of 2025, we can’t wait to share it with you!

This partnership also reflects a shift we’re both passionate about: moving from static documents to structured, data-driven compliance.

For too long, regulatory work has been based on Word, Excel and PDF files: difficult to trace, harder to manage, and often riddled with inconsistent data.
